The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Khirhar P.S.Case No.34 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the alleged occurrence of offence is said to have taken place on 18.06.2017 for which fardbeyan was recorded on 02.07.2017 and first information report was instituted on 15.07.2017, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22504 of 2018 (2) dt.01-05-2018 petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Khirhar P.S.
