The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.884 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner stating that the petitioner and other accused persons are specifically alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod causing head injury to

Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
