The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 476 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the injury caused to the informant in simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
