2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 80(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act. 3 . It is a case of dowry death. It is alleged that all the accused persons killed the daughter of the informant due to nonfulfillment of the demand of dowry.

4. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. Allegation is general and omnibus in nature. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in judicial custody since 11.02.2024. Petitioner is

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner, husband of the deceased is already in already judicial custody and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 12th Additional Sessions Judge Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 416 of 2024, G.R. No. 10781 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
