Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 21.03.2018 in Kajra P.S. Case No.14 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016, having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph-3 of the petition, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on false accusation of recovery of about 30 Liter of country-made liquor, the petitioner has been arrested in the present case.

Be that as it may, considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the
