2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file detailed representation before the Divisional Commissioner.

3. The Divisional Commissioner is directed to look into the affairs of charge levelled by the petitioner and if it is found that the Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Chainpur Wazid,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15122 of 2023(2) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 Block- Kurhani, District- Muzaffarpur, has jointly or individually misappropriated the government fund, then, in that case, appropriate action be taken against him after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties in accordance with law within a period of six weeks, so that the government money cannot be plundered by any of the government officials.

4. So far as Panchayat Secretary is concerned, the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, may take appropriate disciplinary action against him if, at all, charge levelled against him is satisfied.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
