JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 2.4.2018, seeks bail in Town PS Case No. 93 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 504, 337, 427, 307, 160, 295A and 353 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks bail on the ground of parity as one of the co-accused Akhtar Ali has been admitted to bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 27867 of 2018 and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Nurul Hasan @ Munna and Sarfaraz Ahmad are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Aurangabad in connection with Town PS Case No. 93 of 2018.
