The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, while after group collection of money, the informant was returning office, in the way, he was snatched away Rs. 30450/- and the key of scooty by the accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18-05-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name transpired in this case on the basis of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67094 of 2019(3) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 confessional statement of co-accused. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner. So far recovery of mobile is concerned, the same belongs to the petitioner. The petitioner was not put on test identification parade.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019.
