JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 26.3.2018, seeks bail in Brahmpur (Chakki O.P) PS Case No. 19 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 120B of the IPC.

It is submitted that it is a case of elopement, one of the girl Rinki married with the petitioner and this fact is disclosed from her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she is also majo. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Jai Kishan Yadav @ Jai Kishun Yadav @ Bhuwar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Buxar in connection with Brahmpur (Chakki) PS Case No. 19 of 2018.
