This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Pasraha PS case No.57 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. While the informant was going by Alto Car, the same was intercepted by the miscreants and the Alto Car was snatched and thereafter on information the police arrested the petitioner and he was identified by the informant on production. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Alto car was recovered from another accused person and he has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioner is in custody for more than 7 1⁄2 months.

No.74497 of 2019(3) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, once the charge is framed in this case the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
