Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 185 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because she is the mother-in-law of the daughter of the informant. The husband of the daughter of the informant is in custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67878 of 2022(2) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 185 of 2002 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
