The petitioners are in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 139 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are ladies and are in custody since 12.04.2018. They have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and remained in custody for nearly two months, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
