2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 489(D) of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-b)/a/26 and 35 of Arms Act.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other coaccused persons is indulged in illegal business and smuggling of fake currency notes.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement Sunil Kumar Kushwaha, who was apprehended on the spot with fake currency. No fake currency has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, and he is in no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM I, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. case No. 85 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
