2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Accountant General.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that payments have been made. However, he submitted that liberty be given to the petitioner to file representation if anything is further found payable.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to represent before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16441 of 2017 dt.27-05-2020 2/2 competent authority with regard to any grievance he may have relating to either less payment or non-payment under any head. If such a representation is filed within six weeks from today, the authority concerned shall look into the matter and pass a reasoned order on the same, within three weeks of filing of such representation. If any further amount is found admissible to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within four weeks from passing of the order.
