2. The present application for modification has been filed for correction of statement regarding criminal antecedents of the petitioner in the order dated 30.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15915/2023 whereby the petitioner was granted bail.

3. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Pairvikar is an illiterate lady who could not properly brief the counsel regarding criminal antecedents. Hence, discrepancy regarding criminal antecedents crept in the bail petition and consequently, the same has come in the order dated 30.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15915/2023 that petitioner has no criminal antecedents whereas the petitioner has got two criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71804 of 2023(4) dt.15-12-2023 2/2 antecedents bearing Rivilganj PS Case No. 408/2022 and Gopalganj PS Case No. 1019/2022.

4. Accordingly, order dated 30.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15915/2023 stands modified to the extent that petitioner has two criminal antecedents. This order be treated as integral part of order dated 30.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15915/2023.

5. The present petition for modification stands allowed.
