2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 24.10.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 101 of 2017 (CRI Case No. 1994/2017) having earlier been rejected by order dated 06.02.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6453 of 2018.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
