No. 20430 of 2018 to the extent that the father's name of petitioner no 1 Ganesh Paswan and petitioner no. 2 Suresh Paswan has been recorded as Vinesh Paswan instead of Late Karmdeo Paswan.

It appears that the said mistake perpetuated in the order dated 20.04.2018 since it was incorrectly mentioned in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 20430 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction I n the main petition.

Let the order dated 20.04.2018 be modified to the extent that the father's name of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29861 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 read as Late Karmdeo Paswan instead of Vinesh Paswan in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
