Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 307 & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific allegation of commission of injury at the head of the husband of the informant is against coaccused Md. Motibur. The Doctor has found simple head injury on the person of the husband of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault and theft against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
