1. Though in compliance of the order of this Court dated 16.04.2019, passed in CWJC No.23874 of 2018, the opposite parties have stated in their show cause/supplementary show cause that the differential amount of salary and the arrears of revised pension has stood paid to the petitioners, however, the same is disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and it is submitted that there is some discrepancy in calculation of the differential amount of salary/revised pension, hence the petitioners be granted liberty to agitate their subsisting

4/4 grievances by approaching the respondent-authorities/filing of fresh writ petition. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. The petition stands disposed off.
