The writ petition has been preferred for directing the respondents to repay the deposited amount with interest. The petitioner claims to be members of Jalashay Thrift and Credit Self Supporting Society Limited, Bagmali, Hajipur, Vaishali (henceforth for short 'the Society') and further claim that they had deposited the money and now when the time come to repay the same, no such payment is/are made. He acknowledges that the said society being registered with the co-operative society, they should have first knocked the doors of the respondent no. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that an appropriate petition will be filed before the Respondent No. 2, the Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur.

If the said petition/representation of the petitioners who claim that their payment to the aforesaid Society has not
