2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to F.I.R., the informant suspects that coaccused Ravish Kumar killed the son of informant and threw his dead-body beside railway track to conceal the offence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired only on the material that in the C.C.T.V. footage, he was seen sitting on the motorcycle with co-accused Ravish Kumar on the date of occurrence. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Ravish Kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 18.09.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 57282 of 2024. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 10.07.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 284 of 2024.
