The petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2018 in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner, only on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by co-accused Manoj Mehta, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29735 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018.
