2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 274 of 2024, lodged on 29.04.2024, under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3 . As per the prosecution case , 10 named accused persons including this petitioner in connivance with each others, killed the Barepapa (uncle of the informant) by gun shot.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68522 of 2025(3) dt.25-11-2025 2/3 There is no specific allegation against this petitioner rather the allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2024 .

Learned counsel for the State as well as the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and contended that the petitioner, in concert with the other coaccused persons and pursuant to a criminal conspiracy, perpetrated the murder of the informant's uncle with the ulterior objective of eliminating material witnesses in the cases earlier instituted for the attempted murder of the informant's father. It has further been submitted that the petitioner and his associates subsequently executed the murder of the informant's father, which is the subject matter of Maner P.S. Case No. 689 of 2022 and Maner P.S. Case No. 435 of 2023, both registered against the petitioner and others. It has also been asserted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and is burdened with eight criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, material available on record, criminal antecedents of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioners are in custody since 02.05.2024 , the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite
