2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 468 liters of illicit foreign liquor from the vehicle in question. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents. He is in custody since 04.07.2025.

4. Considering the huge recovery of illicit liquor and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not
