JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent- State authorities to provide the benefits to the petitioner under the Pradhan Mantri Matritva Vandana Yojna (PMMVY) and Janani Suraksha Yojna (JSY) under the Hajipur Block of District-Vaishali.

The respondent no. 2 has filed a counter affidavit in the present case and in paragraphs no. 5 and 6, it has been stated that the petitioner has already been paid the requisite benefits under the Janani Bal Suraksha Yojna through her bank account and

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid position as existing on facts and submits that the grievance of the petitioner has stood redressed. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off as not pressed.
