The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buxar Industrial P.S. Case No.80 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 351(3), 351(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

The petitioner is said to have injured the victim with a weapon. He is in custody since 23.07.2025. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar / concerned

As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail, is directed to mark his attendance at Buxar Industrial Police Station, District - Buxar on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
