2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No.132 of 2023 (S.Tr. No.232 of 2024), lodged under Sections 399, 401, 402, 414, 467, 468, 120B, 411, 412, 414/34 of the I.P.C. read with sections 25(1-B)a/ 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68328 of 2023 in which liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74345 of 2024(3) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 that the charge has already been framed in this case and report has been called for, according to which only one witness has been examined.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is true that the charge has already been framed in this case. He further submits that keeping the petitioner in custody after framing of charge, no purpose shall be served.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No.132 of 2023 (S.Tr. No.232 of 2024), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

7. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
