Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 385, 427, 435, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Saryu Ram. Similarly situated co-accused Shankar Yadav has already been allowed anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58150 of 2017 (Annexure-2) Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28703 of 2018 (2) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bandeya Police Station Case No. 12 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
