2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the petitioner along with other accused persons executed sale deed without boundary and mutated excess land of 11 Dhur from Khesra no. 106 and created a new zamabandi no. 1150 in his favour and in this way, with dishonest intention, they executed the sale deed of land of the informant and committed serious offence of forgery.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He submits that the petitioners are the purchaser of the said land and there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. He further submits that one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 29.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69521 of 2023. Petitioner no. 1 has two criminal antecedents and petitioner no. 2 has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 opposed prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioners are only purchaser of the said land, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is
