The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nagar (Lohiya Nagar OP) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2018, a case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Two LED TVs suspected to be stolen property, were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 06.01.2018. He has got no criminal antecedent and investigation of the case is already closed. Up till now, it has not been established that the recovered Tvs were stolen property.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28843 of 2018 (2) dt.14-05-2018 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Nagar (Lohiya Nagar OP) Police Station Case No. 08 of 2018 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
