2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita .

3 . As per the prosecution case informant namely , Tilak Prasad alleged that on 23.05.2025 , all the F.I.R,. named accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67995 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/3 persons including these petitioners started abusing and assaulting informant with farsa . When son of informant came to his rescue , he was also assaulted. It is further alleged that petitioner No. 3 snatched gold chain worth Rs. 50,000/- from son of informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that on account of partition dispute between both the parties, a free fight took place in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature to make the case grave . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the general and omnibus allegation of assault, clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 240 of 2025 , subject to
