JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chanan P.S.Case No. 12 of 2018 registered under Sections 379, 411 and 461/34 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only Rs. 130/- is said have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he was apprehended by the informant from his house and produced before the police though petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly situated co-accused Munna Ray has been admitted to bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 16500 of 2018.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Dharmendra Modi, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29190 of 2018(2) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 learned ACJM 1st, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018.
