The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 155 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 328 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an altogether preposterous allegation has been made against the present petitioner, who is a marred lady aged about 40 years having four children. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a government servant and was friend of the informant's brother but for some oblique reasons only on suspicion her name has been drawn in context with the present prosecution. It is further submitted that she is not having any criminal antecedent and,

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Bagaha (West Champaran) in connection with Ramnagar P.S.
