2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the DP Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the husband of the informant who is accused of torturing his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Kaimur, Mohania/concerned Court below in connection with Mohania P.S.
