Petitioner along with others were apprehended by the police personnel and during course of search, apart from recovery of firearms from the possession of other co-accused, from the possession of petitioner Ashok Yadav one loaded country made pistol and one mobile set were recovered.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the co-accused persons have already been granted bail by an order dated 17.11.2017 passed in Crl. Misc. No. 50680 of 2017 and 21.03.2018 passed in Crl. Misc. No. 15909 of 2018. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent however, considering the period of detention since 28.07.2017, petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32001 of 2018 (2) dt.24-05-2018 2/2 Ashok Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.240 of 2017.
