The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code and U/s. 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is regarding recovery of one country made pistol with one live catrige from the possession of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and the petitioner is on bail in three cases which are pending against him. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.01.2018 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner be released from custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30833 of 2018 (2) dt.23-05-2018 2/2 immediately upon completion of six months of custody subject to such condition as may be imposed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018.
