2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023.
3. Informant suspects that all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner committed murder of her husband.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence. Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. In the FIR, it is specifically mentioned that due to land dispute, the alleged occurrence took place. Petitioner is co-villager. No motive has been assigned as to why this petitioner would be involved in the alleged occurrence. Moreover, informant has not disclosed the

5. Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP oppose the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S.
