The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019 registered under Section 376(AB) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6 and 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of Ist Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Siwan.

The accusation is that on 30.06.2019, mother of the informant, Sikha Kumari, had gone to Siwan for some purpose and the informant was alone at her house. At that time, this petitioner entered in her house and committed rape on her. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
