JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner was on bail but as on 14.03.2016 the record was posted for framing of charge and he did not appear resulting his bail bond was cancelled and then he surrendered on 06.04.2018 but his prayer for bail has been rejected and the charges have been framed.

Considering the aforesaid misuse and custody of the petitioner, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands allowed. He is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30466 of 2018 (2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 III, Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No. 670 of 2015 arising out of Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 140 of 2014, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
