The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 732 of 2017 dated 28.05.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 436, 427, 307, 333, 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is one of the eighteen named accused persons in the F.I.R. and is alleged to have damaged the property and created disturbance in discharge of the official duties while the police party was trying to remove the encroachment along with other named accused persons and some others as well who have not been named in the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the accused persons of this case have been granted bail by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56801 of 2017 (2) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 different Benches of this Court.

Apart from the present case, the petitioner has been made accused in another case which was lodged on the same day as that of the present case.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2017. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S.
