JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 20.12.2017, seeks bail in Mansi PS Case No. 183 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 353, 435, 427, 354, 307 and 504 of the IPC.

It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against large number of people, approximately more than 200 in number, the allegation is that they were making protest on account accidental death of a person on the road and on account of that protest the petitioner was implicated in this case however there was no any injury to the informant.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Shailesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Khagaria in connection with Mansi PS Case No. 183 of 2017.
