JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 235 of 2018 arising out of Muffasil P.S.Case No. 384 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that just after a year of the marriage, petitioner's wife died in unnatural circumstances. It is alleged that petitioner and others used to make demand of dowry after the marriage.

Submission is that though petitioner is husband but allegation is general and omnibus and his wife committed suicide being a hypersensitive woman.

Having considered the nature of offence and the fact that just after a year of the marriage, petitioner's wife died in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30249 of 2018(3) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 unnatural circumstances in the backdrop of demand of dowry, so prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
