2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 356 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner who is the husband of the deceased and all family members are accused of killing the deceased. The dead body of the deceased was found in the house of the petitioner and no family member was present in the house.

5. It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a teacher and he was not at the place of occurrence when the incident took place but this fact has not come during investigation.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application of the petitioner by contending that the petitioner being the husband of the deceased has to explain the manner of death of the deceased and he may not be granted bail.

7. In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
