It is apprised to this Court that in pursuant to the direction of this Court, the Director, Higher Education has directed to the authorities of the NIC to open the portal and accordingly, the relevant data of the petitioners, who have been pursuing their education before the Bihar Institute of Law have already been uploaded. It is also made clear that the said portal has been opened for four weeks' for all the candidates who were deprived from the benefit of Mukhyamantri Balika (Snatak) Protsahan Yojana.

3. Considering the facts that the relevant date of the petitioners have already been uploaded and now the petitioners are required to apply for the benefit as afore-noted, the continuation of the writ petition does not warrant appropriate, accordingly the present writ petition stands disposed off.

4. Suffice it to observe that if the eligible candidates will apply under the Mukhyamantri Balika (Snatak) Protsahan Yojana, they shall extend the identical benefit as has been accorded to other candidates, in accordance with law. (Harish Kumar, J) supratim/- U
