The petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2017 in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 401, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Ist A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner after conviction in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 293 of 2014 and after seeking and obtaining order of bail in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 99 of 2017 has indulged in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32369 of 2018 (3) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 the present case which does not warrant any indulgence by this Court.
