Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hathua P.S.Case No.132 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act. As per FIR, petitioners are mother-in-law and maternal father-in-law of the informant. Case is under Sector 498(A) of the IPC with allegation of demand of four wheeler vehicle and also abusing and assaulting her.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is allegation against the petitioners and husband and as a matter of fact she was not ready to reside at her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65058 of 2019(2) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 Sasural, as such the present case has been lodged. Earlier the petitioner no.1 had also filed an informatory petition before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate with regard to the same. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gopalganj, District Gopalganj in connection with Hathua P.S.Case no.132 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
