Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation for offences under the Indian Penal Code as well as period of custody of the petitioner since 14.03.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sitamarhi Police Station Case No. 1056 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate
