2. The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58671 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to typing mistake in the prayer portion of the bail petition, the satisfaction was typed as "learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV Hajipur at Vaishali" in place of "learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hajipur at Vaishali".
4. Let it be read as "learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hajipur at Vaishali" in place of "learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV Hajipur at Vaishali" in the order dated 06.09.2024.
5 For the reasons stated in the modification application,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80403 of 2024(3) dt.06-12-2024 2/2 the time for surrender of petitioners, namely, Manish Sahni and Ranjeet Sahni and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 06.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58671 of 2024 is extended by two weeks' from today.
6. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
