JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 24-11-2025 It is the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was superannuated as Forest Range Officer on 30th of June, 2023. After his superannuation, he got most of his retrial dues but he did not receive the salary of July, 2000 as well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd MACP.

2. The instant writ is for a direction to the concerned authority to grant such relief.

I propose to dispose of the instant writ petition directing the petitioner to send a copy of the writ petition to the Respondent No. 2 (The Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of Bihar, Patna) to consider the same as a representation and pass an order in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner or his authorized representative to represent him with regard to his claim for

Patna High Court CWJC No.15987 of 2025(2) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 arrears salary for the month of July, 2000, 1st, 2nd and 3rd MACP, as well as three pending bills within six weeks from the date of this order.

4. With the above direction, the instant writ petition is dispose of.
