2. We have perused the supplementary counter affidavit.

3. This Court has been informed that on finding

Patna High Court CWJC No.17129 of 2024(7) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 that there was irregularity in the supply of bench and desk in the school in question, action has been taken and the supplier has been issued with a show cause notice. This Court has also been informed that the broken bench and desk have been repaired by the supplier.

4. The Authorities shall ensure that requisite number of bench and desk are supplied against the payment, which has been given to the supplier.

5. The enquiry should also be taken to a logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

6. With the afore-noted direction, the record of this Public Interest Litigation is consigned.
